You need to do the Space Quest and use the pin to go through to the Inner Space Ray room.

once you get the pin, go to Space Mountain Quest Desk, then go to the lower area there, and they're will be two exits. Take the RIGHT exit, and you should end up on a deck in the Inner-Space shrinking room. Now activate the space pin, and walk off the deck. your in space, now walk over or, moon walk rofl, over to the laser thingy on your left kinda. They're should be a exit there, and go in it. Now your in the freakish music room, at the top of a rocket on your right, they'res an exit. Click it, and your in the space shop. Double click the robots bottom circular thingy to open up the shop window.
