We will be going to WDW Dec 27-Jan 4, our first visit during the holiday season. We are flying out of Austin, TX. We are trying to decide if we should get airline tickets now or wait and see if they drop. SW has not dipped over the last couple of weeks. Delta came down but is back up this morning. Is there any chance prices will get lower between now and the holidays? what are trends from the past? Thanks for your help.

I am not sure about the holiday time. I just wanted to let you know that our trip was in May but I have been looking since they have had the dates available. I booked a flight with United for $544 round trip for the two of us adults. That is with taxes and everything which is about $350 less than what we paid last year. I went ahead and got them because that was a great price for me. I would suggest just keep looking each week and have a price in mind. If something comes up with the times you want for a price that seems great then jump on it. I always get insurance though so that was with the $40 insurance added in, otherwise it would have been $504.
