airline tickets?

When do they mail them? I'm leaving on the 14th and still haven't received them. I ordered them through Disney's website.

Did you receive anything from Disney with regard to your airlines tix? A confirmation or e-ticket number? More than likely, you have ticketless travel or e-tickets. This means you won't actually get anything in paper form. You will bring your ID and any confirmation you have from Disney to the airport and check-in with just the ID. If there was any question, then you would have to produce the confirmation number and/or receipt.

To double check on all this, I would immediately call Disney and verify all the information to be sure you know what to expect. In addition, I would call twice to be sure you get the same information more than once. We all know how CRO can be and bless them, but sometimes CMs make mistakes and I wouldn't want you to count on the bad information that one CM gives you.

I called earlier today and the woman told me it was an e-ticket. I asked for a confirmation number but they wouldn't give me one. She mentioned that I just need ID and my resort/magical express information to get my boarding passes at the airport. I'm still worried since I don't have any conf. number or paperwork!!

If you know your airline and flight numbers you can call the airline and they can give you your record locator number. You can then use this to check-in online if that's available to you.

There really is no reason for Disney not to give you your record locator number (confirmation number). If they won't give it to you, then I would certainly call the airline as suggested above. You will want the confirmation number so you can either check-in on-line and/or print your receipt and confirmation on-line to bring with to the airport.

I would not be comfortable showing up at the airport without my confirmation number and just my ID. Also, brining your Magical Express information to the airport does you no good when checking in with the airline. Yes, you will need it when you land, but it won't help when checking in.
