airline check-in at the parks

We are flying Southwest and will need to checkin to get our boarding passes. Is there a place in Disney where we can print our boarding passes? We may have a laptop, but won't have anywhere to print the passes out.

Just go to guest services in the parks they can do it for you. I have done this at epcot and at hollywood studios, we fly with southwest whenever we go down.

I always try to get my boarding passes as close to 24 hrs as possible so have a better chance of sitting together w/o having to beg folks.

You can also check in from your mobile phone 24 hours in advance. You do not need to print the physical boarding pass until you get to the airport. This saves you from having to keep track of the boarding passes as well.

So when you checkin by phone, they will assign you a boarding "letter" even though you don't print it out until you get to the airport? Where do you go at the airport to print it out....do you have to go to checkin?

Yes, you'll be assigned a boarding letter with no need to print it out. This also enables someone back home to check in for you. If you have a mobile phone with internet access, just do it on your phone. I checked in on Southwest's mobile site via my iphone last Sunday for our flight on Monday.

When you get to the airport, just go through the normal line. When you get to the kiosk, it'll ask you if you need to check bags or check bags and print boarding passes. Select the option to also print boarding passes and they will print for you with the same boarding numbers that were assigned to you the previous day when you checked in via your mobile device. We all had "A" seats.

Alternatively, you can have the skycap print the boarding passes for you if you check your bags via skycap.

And if you don't have bags to check, you can skip the baggage check line and use one of the kiosks for printing your boarding pass with no baggage to check.
