Airfares are CRAZY

I love Jetblue and flying out of Boston but I got some GREAT flights out of Manchester on Southwest. Dh and I round trip for $230.00 non-stop.

We love jetblue too (mostly for the TVs!) but SWA is looking a little better. I am going to spend some time on this tomorrow. I just want nonstop...maybe Providence will be ok. We usually get a van to take us to Logan, but maybe we can leave the minivan in Prov. Would you leave your car for a week?

I hear the pain of our wallets crying.

We are flying to Florida for Christmas (NO WDW, BOOOO!) to visit family for the holidays.

Our tickets are $700 each. Oh, I am just kicking ourselves for not buying them when we first thought of this trip in March.

I, too, love JetBlue over SouthWest. But for some reason, they stopped the Burbank flights to Orlando on Jet Blue.

The cheapest we could get for Christma is SW out of LAX. We are looking at all of our options. We can fly out of LAX, Bob Hope, John Wayne, Ontario, or Long Beach to either Orlando, Tampa, or Jacksonville. For our trip in two weeks, we have SW our of Bob Hope for $400 each.

And I also LOVE the JetBlue TV's and I have no idea how I am going to live without them on our trip in two weeks.

I had booked ewr-mco for NOV a few months back for 530.00 for 4 of us. Now I need on more ticket and its up to 448.00 for one

We're flying out of Manchester this Thursday and I paid 160 per ticket...have you tried manchester vs. Logan? I'm not sure where in MA you are...our friends who are flying southwest got even cheaper fares than that...you could check providence too if you're more southerly...

I am south of Boston, so I would prefer Logan or Providence. Logan is closer but Prov is less traffic.

I think because we are flying overColumbus Day weekend, there are fewer deals to be found. I am kicking myself for not buying about a month ago. I thought they were alot then and they were much less. I had checked Farecast.com and they said to wait...won't be listening to them again!

Thanks for the tips and stories. At least I am not alone in my misery!

Hmmm.

If it would save me money I would leave my car for a week We have family in NH so we are leaving our car with them. I have left my car at the airport before with no problems.
Can't beat the tv's on Jetblue Good luck!!!!!!
