Can you purchase your airfare through DVC member services? I would love to get the 6 month interest free on the rates I'm seeing right now.

I don't think so. Even if they did, I don't think it would qualify for 6 months interest free because it's not a vacation package.

As an ongoing card perk, pay zero interest for 6 months anytime you use your card to book select Disney vacation packages, Disney cruises, and Adventures By Disney packages and Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa, Ko Olina, Hawai'i vacation packages vacations through The Walt Disney Travel Company, your travel agent, or online at Disney sites. After your promotional APR expires, your standard purchase APR will apply. For new accounts, the standard purchase APR is 14.24% variable. I called...they used to offer airfare purchasing through them but there was so little call for it they quit offering that service.

If you have a Chase Disney Visa, one of the perks is 0% interest on Disney Vacation Packages for 6 months from the time of purchase. There's a bunch of threads on this over on the budget board.

If you purchase your DVC interest direct, they can put it on the 0% park of your financing (they did this automatically to us - we paid it off right away anyways).

Its handy if you decide to cruise DCL and pay on your card (probably renting out your points), or decide to go on an ABD trip. For DVC members, because our lodging is taken care of most of the time we don't get parks "vacation packages".

Bear in mind that the 6 months no interest Visa card offer is only for cash resort packages booked through Disney. You do not get 6 month no interest for adding the DDP onto a DVC reservation. Nor is the offer valid for any charges you put on the room key once you've arrived.
