airfare in April

Has anyone ever flown in April (Easter week) and gotten a good rate? I know Easter week is busy but is there anything out there within reason?

All I can say is, the longer you wait the higher the fares will go...it's like that with any holiday week. If you can be flexible with your dates by as little as one day on either end, it may make a big difference in the price.

I had purchased Easter Week tickets in October a couple of years ago for $300 or so each. The price never went down after that.
