Airfare from Pittsburgh for Labor Day weekend

Will the fares go down or should I book now? It seems the prices on US Air are about $196 a person including taxes. Will they go any lower? I have an annual pass which expires on Sept. 3 and am trying to get one last trip in. My only problem is I just came back and haven't paid all my credit card bills yet so I need some cheap airfare for my next trip. I checked Hotwire and the price is $150 including taxes. I'm thinking about Priceline but would rather choose my times since I have a 2 year old. TIA for advice.

Labor Day weekend is a major travel holiday, so I wouldn't bet on fares getting much lower than that.

Bunny, I paid $196.50 per ticket for a September 14 flight. For Labor Day, I would grab it and go, before it disappears. By the way, hello from an almost neighbor! I live in Connellsville, but used to work in Washington, PA.

you can buy now but in all honesty they always come out with a labor day weekend special just as they do for memorial day and other holidays. and its just that a weekend special. usually the travl is outbound on thur/fri or sat and return sun/mon or tuesday. Every year for the last `15 yrs they have done it.....
