Sorry I thought they emailed it to you and you printed it off then you took it to Universal window and redeemed it for a Pass?

Yes! We were given a confirmation number and QR code for the purchase.

That is great to know ,,I wonder if you are staying at a Universal Hotel if you would be able to pick it up ahead of time at the Hotel concierge?

Not sure!! We are staying on points nearby, otherwise I would have asked! We do have one night at the Royal Pacific for my daughter's birthday but it's not the first day of our trip.
