AHHHH It's driving me mad!

I need help (ok we already knew that! ) with my photo inmy signature - when I uploaded the 3d scan piccies I managed fine with resizing them then posting them in my sig. Now that I want to load a new picture of Shelby I can;t for the life of me remember how to resize the darn thing . Can anyone help me?

I have tried to follow the instructions in the tech board but obviously the combination of being an emotional postnatal female and having had no sleep last night are taking their toll!!
