My return flight on Frontier Airlines was cancelled. They either send me back a day earlier or day later... neither work since the day earlier we will be in the parks and the day later I have work. They told they can either accomadate me the flight for the day earlier or the day later or give me my money back for the returning flight. Is there anything else they can do besides those options? Im basically freaking out:sad: Has anyone had experience with them? Please any help is appreciated.

They gave you all the valid options they are required to give you. As Frontier doesn't have interline agreements, they won't rebook you on another carrier's flight.

If the flight options don't work, I'd look at what other airlines have flights, find out how much the return flight would be and hope it is less than your original flight.

Yup. Find out what it will cost on other airlines for the same day. Then go through this...

Is it less or equal to the refund from Frontier? If yes, take the refund, book the new flight. If no...

Can you afford the upcharge? If yes, take the refund, book the new flight, eat the upcharge. If no...

What's more important to you? Being at work when scheduled or a day at the park. When you get this far, you'll know what your decision needs to be.

In addition to the options of flying a day earlier, flying a day later, or getting your money back only for the return flight, you have a fourth option: You can ask for you money back on your entire roundtrip and book a new roundtrip on another airline. This is especially good if another airline has a good fare that requires a roundtrip purchase.

September is a slow month for Orlando travel, and it's far enough in the future that there should still be good fares on other airlines. Use a comparison site such as http://Kayak.com or http://Hipmunk.com to see what's available. Also check Southwest which has no baggage fees (sometimes making Southwest cheaper, even when the base fare is higher).

Ideally, you'll find a new fare that's the same or lower. And , ideally, your new flight times will be better. Maybe you can even get a nonstop.

I think it's awful service for Frontier to sell flights for Tuesday service and then to drop Tuesday service between MCO and DEN. It's bad enough when airlines substantially change flight times.

Good luck to you!
