AGH! Where did chicken go???

At Pecos Bill we ALWAYS ALWAYS get the chicken strips. They are by far the yummiest chicken strips I've ever had and I CRAVE them while pregnant. We were at Disney the other day and my hubby went to order our food - the chicken strips were gone!!!! Where did they go?!?!?!?! I was panicked!! LOL...

Sooo, ummm, where can we get those yummy chicken strips? Or are they gone from Disney for good? We did pick up some at Cosmic Rays but they just were funky - they were kind of hard and small - not juicy and yummy.

Help this preggo find her chicken!!

Sorry.....the strips are gone. They switched to nuggets about a year ago.

Voice your opinion. They have the same chicken strips on the DCL. They took them away, but after so many people complained, they brought them back. We had them on our Oct cruise.

Nooo!! Say it isn't so!!! I haven't paid attention to Dis info in the past year (it was too painful when I didn't have an upcoming trip!) but seriously..no french toast loaf?? No panini?? and no chicken strips?!?!? OMG!

The nuggets are the same as the strips only smaller. They also got rid of the cream cheese pretzels, the strawberry swirls, and changed the citrus swirls (they used to be frozen OJ and vanilla softserve.Now they are orange sherbert and vanilla softserve)

I was just gonna post this. Also even though they are smaller you get the same amount of food because they now do 6 or 8 piece nugget meals.

The best chicken we found at MK was at Golden Oak Outpost; I highly recommend the fried chicken breast sandwich...yummmmm!!!

They are sadly gone. I loved them as well. I found that the ones Red Lobster has are very close if not the ones they used to have.

I always liked the chicken strips at Columbia Harbor House. When we were there in November they were also gone. I read somewhere to keep the cost to the guest down, they went to a central ordering system. If it is not available from that company, they have to make do or do without. Stinks, doesn’t it?

Yes they do. It depends on where you get them. Believe me I looked high and low for them since I loved the strips,They do have processed looking nuggets at some places,They look and taste gross, But there are places that threy look exactly like the strips only they are smaller. I had them at Cosmic Rays, Columbia Harbor House ,and Hurricaine Hannahs but I am sure other places have them as well.

At the resorts.....make sure you get the chicken breast nuggets and not chicken nuggets like the old ones from Mdonalds......I love the chicken strips and now I love the chicken breast nuggets .....easier to handle and dip in catsup

Like I said Columbia Harbor House, COsmic Rays ( both at MK) and Hurricaine Hannahs at Beach Club resort, ABC Commissary at DHS to name a few. I am sure there are others ,but I didn't eat chicken everyday and didn't really notice.Now Cosmic Rays also has the little nasty nuggets.But if you look at the counter I believe furthest on the left, they have the Chicken breast nuggets
