We will soon be sailing-May 3 Eastern and I still have a few questions....My 17 yr old would love to have a massage. I understand that the spa is for adults only. Does anyone know how this is enforced. My daughter will be 18 soon after our cruise and she looks 18 now (gotta love genetics!) Do they ID people before spa sessions? This is a mature girl- she is scheduled for army in June- I think she ought to be able to get a massage! I would appreciate input on this. Anyone else travelling with teens this cruise? Counting the days...... :teeth

Not sure if they would let her in or not, but they really don't need to ID anyone because they have everyone's birth date in their system.

If she is within a month of turning 18 they may allow her....Just don't count on it....they are pretty strict about the ages in the spa. It can't hurt to ask. They know everyone's ages by their KTTW card because it is encoded into the card.

We were on the Wonder 3/20-2/23 with my niece who will be 18 on April7th. She also wanted to do a massage at Castaway Cay. Having booked category 3, we were able to arrange all appointments through the concierge team. Apparently the spa is not Disney run and their liability insurance precludes treatments on anyone less then 18, so they refused to book appointment. This was done by the head concierge via the spa manager. You might have better luck.
