Age for Applying

Hello!
I have a question about the age at the time of applying.
I'm 17 years old and currently a college freshman. I know you have to be 18 years old to actually participate in the College Program. I don't turn 18 until July, but I am looking at possibly doing the program in the fall next year.
Do you have to be 18 at the time that you apply?

you have to be 18 when you check in. so not when you apply but when are actually there

Is there an age to be too old? I'm 21 now but I don't know when I'm graduating. I may be in 2015 or 2016 so I'll be like 24 or 25. Would I be too old for it?

Late response to your question, but no, there's no age maximum. I'm in my very late 20's and was accepted to the Fall 2012 program. I wasn't able to stay for various reasons but while I was there, I saw a large handful of people my age/older than I was. I've also heard a lot of stories about CPs that were 50+ years old.

Is there buildings in the CP for families? Or ever just for older CP people?

Thinking about doing this but I'm 34 and would want to be roommates with older people!
