AG Cyber Monday Sale Shipping

Hi - Wondering if this is the norm for everyone else... I ordered about $90 on Cyber Monday - Rcvd one box via Fed Ex with one outfit I ordered in the box (the Hoodie AG outfit) there was a Packing slip stating others would arrive in other orders and by other carriers. Just wondering if this was happening to everyone else... Granted its only been a few days and I am not worried - Yet... but just curious

I bought the trundle bed and the foal.... one is coming Fedex Ground and the other is coming Smart Post. Makes no sense at all!

BTW - Lots of companies do this; I ordered 4 things from QVC and got 4 different packages; 1 mail and 3 UPS. But it all came. They have various warehouses of items in different locations.

My AG stuff always comes staggered in different boxes. Practically gave me a heart attack the first time because it was close to Christmas, but I expect it now.

AG changed their shipper from UPS to Fed Ex fairly recently. Almost everything is sent Fed Ex, but they (Fed Ex) make the decision as to whether their truck will deliver it or whether they will drop your items off at the post office ( Smart Post) to have the postal person deliver it. This of course adds to the delivery time. Also for Cyber Monday, some of the things sold came from different warehouses, hence the different shipments and delivery times. You can look up under the Account section of their webpage at your orders and check the tracking numbers. For something that says "untrackable" this is going directly through the post office vs. Fed Ex and will usually be a small package or replacement parts. I've had lots of issues with Smart Post where I had nothing but great service from UPS so I'm not happy with the changes.---Kathy

I received all of my stuff in one box yesterday via USPS but do agree that sometimes they are coming from different locations. I was surprised how quickly my items arrived.

One of mine has shipped and is expected to be delivered Smart Post on the 8th. The other still says processing I hope there isn't a hang up in that order - those are gifts for DDs best friend and I need them BEFORE Christmas LOL

I ordered the foal and felicity's riding outfit (not on sale, and backordered until 12/15....but I didn't care, b/c dd has a january birthday that I could set that aside for). Got an email that the foal shipped, but it hasn't gotten here yet, and another email two days ago that Felicity's outfit has also shipped!

So if there is anything that you want that is backordered it might be worth it to chance that it will come in and be shipped by christmas. I had also ordered Lanie's camper back at the end of sept b/c I panicked that it was already backordered till 10/15....but then it arrived on my doorstep on oct 2nd. Not complaining, I was thrilled, but something to keep in mind.

orderd approx 12 things from cyber monday sale.....11 all shipped/ same tracking number on Nov 30....1 is processing.

I had a fairly decent sized box shoved in my mail box a couple of days ago ... inside were Ruthie's dress shoes and a lot of empty space!

I got the rest of my order today.

Mine haven't even shipped yet. I placed my order at 1:15 am, and it's kind of hacking me off a bit. I've got 12 items. I'm normally pretty patient, but to know that so many others have gotten their order is a bit frustrating.

I just received my shipping notice very early this morning (12/5). I was getting nervous that my order was overlooked or lost but I'm thinking that it should be here by the end of this week....hopefully!

Still no shipping notice. However, DH got a new debit card in the mail with a letter about account information being compromised, so he went to the bank to find out what was going on. They gave him a current bank statement and explained this was a massive Visa problem, blah, blah, blah.

Anyway, I ordered the Photography outfit for the doll, was charged $30 instead of the listed $15. So my refund for that was $16.25. I have been given my refund. I still have NOT been charged for the items that I purchased. The woman on the phone said that it appears as though my order has been collected and should be shipped any day now. Hopefully it will arrive soon.

I ordered 11 things. 8 shipped in one box, smart post. One shipped 'not trackable'. They arrived last Saturday. One was packed on 12/1, and has a separate tracking number, one still says in progress. So - 11 items, 4 shipments, 4 charges to my credit card. (Which, by the way, expired on 11/30/10, so I had to call them and give them the info on the new card.)

I don't remember my packing slip for the big order (which was first) having anything about the other 3 items on it - just some pen marks as people pulled and packed.

I'd go online and check your order - that will tell you roughly where everything is.

Got a shipping order on the 5th and I think its the rest of the items... Tired to track them using the information and Fed Ex said it had no information... so crossing my fingers... I am not too worried as CHristams is a ways off yet
