After Hours Tickets at DHS: When to buy tickets?

We are tentatively planning a WDW trip for Mardi Gras at PO-FQ or PO-R next March. There is a Disney After Hours event at DHS that we are considering during that time. I know that tickets for next year go on sale very soon. Is this something we need to do immediately or is this something we can wait a while on? We are not completely sure of our logistics and are kind or reluctant to sink that much money into this right now. Any help or opinions would be appreciated.

Its a limited ticketed event so you'll want to buy as soon as possible.
But if you don't know for sure then don't buy until you do.
