After Hours Event and NOT Going

We are going to be at HS during the day that they are having an After Hours event. We plan on showing up around 1pm and staying until normal closing. Because its a day where they have the After Hours event, does that make it more crowded than normal during the hours its open for everyone? How about as you get closer to closing time for the regular people not attending the event?

It doesn't make it any more or less crowded during the normal hours...until...they start letting in those with only the AH tix (think it's 7 pm). Then, we noticed an uptick in crowds throughout the park. It's not overwhelming but slightly more than a normal evening at HS.
