My guess is the Villas at the Grand Californian (VGC). They have the models available for viewing at DLR (absolutely fabulous, BTW!!)

Since there is only one that has a building actually on it and getting close to completion, I would have to speculate that it will be a DVC announced at the Contemporary that will be the next resort sold. If it isn't going to be DVC, then it will be quite some time prior to Hawaii being offered for sale HOWEVER Hawaii has been announced as DVC and Contemporary has yet to be. (Of course the Grand Californian may be actually next, but your post was between Contemporary or Hawaii and not VGC).
