AeroPress Coffee Maker

Has anyone tried to make their own coffee on the ships by ordering hot water from room service and then using one of these (AeroPress Coffee Maker)? I wonder if the water would be hot enough to make a decent cup of coffee? The water needs to be 175 degrees.

I'm familiar with that AeroPress your talking about but did not use it on the cruise. If you really wanted to though, I don't think you'd have any trouble getting water hot enough from room service. They can pretty much do anything.

I saw a YouTube video from Jones Family Travels where the dad used an aeropress coffee press in their stateroom and was happy with it. If I recall correctly, he got a carafe of hot water from room service. You could probably find the video on their channel.
