Advice when trying 2 switch 2 a booked resort?

Hello....

I have a room only ressie at POP. Trying (hoping...) to switch to a particular moderate which is currently booked up. I was wondering if any of you had advice on how to find an opening at a booked resort.

I keep checking online...but am wondering if there is better luck in calling the ressie phone line a few times a day. Do you think the web site is just as up to date?

I personally always book over the phone line. Don't know why...just prefer it. I have also found that sometimes CRO is a little more up to date on openings, etc. You never know if you call in they might say we have this but you would have to change rooms half way through. Not the end of the world if you are really wanting a Moderate. It would be worth it to me to switch rooms. But I don't think the computer system is going to take that into account.
