Advice Requested: March in DL for First Visit

Hi,

I am planning my very first trip to DL. I was thinking mid-March would be a good time. So, can anyone advise me on weather/crowds for my first visit?

You are getting into Spring Break time when the crowds are like summer. And my favorite ride (Pirates of the Caribbean) will be down for refurb (see http://www.riderefurbs.com ) starting on March 6. If it were me I would work around the POTC refurb if at all possible, but it may not be important to you.

March weather in SoCal is usually pretty nice in March, but the chance of rain will still be there.

Easter isn't until April next year, so I don't think you'll run into too many crowds. I went a couple years ago in the middle of March and loved it. We wore t-shirts and shorts during the day and sweatshirts and capris early in the morning and at night. I thought Mid-March was perfect. It will probably be a little more crowded than February, but it really wasn't too bad.

I'm not sure tht schools actually time spring break around Easter nay more....? I would mentally prepare for extra crowds, and then be pleasantly surprised if there aren't.
