Advice regarding Dreams Unlimited...

I'm considering using Dreams Unlimited to book our May of 2006 vacation. Do any of you have any experiences to share (good or bad) about using them?

Many people have been very satisfied with Dreams. They will keep an eye on your reservation and if the rate drops they will apply it to your reservation.

I've used DU 3 times now. I've been nothing but pleased. I've gotten the priority seatings (now called something else) that I wanted very close to the times requested and the last time I went was during the "free dining" period. The agent that was assigned to my account this last time had a medical emergency and was away for an extended period of time. The other agents that responded to my questions were very helpful also and I did not feel like I'd been "left". I would recommend DU to anyone. They really know their Disney stuff!

We used DU for our last trip and were very pleased with them. I enjoyed having someone else make our ADRs for use since Im a procrastinator and was thankful that our agent was making them for me instead. Our questions were always answered promptly and our agent sent us bi-weekly emails to keep us up to date on what was going on in the "World". Out agent kept us on track and I feel she made our trip better. I would definately use DU again.

I highly recommend DU and have had wonderful experiences with Sue Ellen (mod on resort board) and have had Penny and another lady there pitch hit for her in a pinch when she was out of town. They are extremely courteous and have handled all of our needs quickly. Sue Ellen have gone " above and beyond" for me a number of times.

You cannot beat DU! We booked our upcoming June trip through them and Daniel is just great. He notified us as soon as a discount came up and applied it to our reservation. He had taken care of all our ADR's at the 180 day mark and we got all the places and times that we were looking for. You just cannot beat it

We've used DU for a WDW trip in August 2005 and are using them for a cruise this May. We've been very happy with their service. We used AAA for our WDW trip next week only because they were a few hundred dollars cheaper. I'd have used DU if they meet prices, but they do not.

I used DU to plan our last trip, and I really appreciated having our ADR's made for us - I know I wouldn't have gotten such good results without DU! I've recommended them to other friends planning trips - it just makes things go smoother to have them taking care of the details.

I used them for our past trip a few weeks ago.
The only problem I enountered was that they did not change our ressies because our DD could not go with us. And our ADR's were not changed as they promised. We were going to celebrate our DD's birthday at LTT and asked them several times to change it. I got tired of waiting for confirmation and called Disney Dining myself to change it.

I used DU for our trip in 8/04 and was extremely happy! My agent was Sue Ellen. She always answered my numerous questions promptly. We plan on going back in 8/06 - right now I have a room only booked with another agency that is doing a fund raiser, however I am watching for any specials that DU may have (especially looking at the Swan) and I would cancel the other and switch over without a second thought!

I used them last year and will use them again for our trip in Sept. I had Rhonda, and she is just wonderful. She answered all my silly questions and got me all the ADR's I requested - including PSB breakfast. I cannot think of a downside to using them.

In my experience, the service you'll receive depends wholly on the agent. I've had great experiences in the past, but the most recent (different agent) was unacceptable.
