Advice: Purchasing Cels

I am interested in buying a cel. Can anybody give me a basic rundown of what I should look for, what are trustworthy sources, how much to spend, and so forth? I'm a novice in the collecting department.

From most valuable to lowest value:

1. Production Cel - actually used to make the movie. For most movies in the last ten or so years everything has been computer and there are not actual production cels. Generally they will have oval holes on one side and also information as to scence and sequence number.

2. Limited Edition Cel - these may be an exact copy of a production cel or from an actual scene. The lines are put on by a Xerographic Process but they are hand-painted. In one corner it will give both the edition size and the serial number of that one within the edition.

3. Limited Edition Sericel - similar to limited edition cel but colors are painted by machine. Will have an edition size but not be individually numbered.

4. Sericel - completely machine processed and no production size limit.
