I would really love some advice from the experts! I'm ready to start a life change in the way that I eat. I need to lose about 75 lbs (for starters) and I really and determined to suceed this time. Of course, I've tried it all, and did really well with Atkins (40 lbs) but got bored with the no carb lifestyle and quickly gained it back + more. I feel crappy, I'm frustrated with my lack of willpower and the more I gain, the worse my eating becomes. It's a vicious circle.
So...my question is...I need a plan. I'm debating between WW and Jenny Craig. I know WW is more realistic about a lifestyle change vs. a diet, but I've also "been there done that". In the past, I was not committed. I need to stay committed and strong!!
Should I go WW (again) and hope this is the time it sticks, or should I try Jenny? I'm also hoping to stay on this board for lots of support!!
