I think I'm addicted to my scale!! I weigh once sometimes twice a day and it's driving me crazy seeing the daily fluctuations even though I KNOW by the end of the week I'll have lost at least a pound it still gets to me if the scale goes up during the week. Yet I can't seem to keep myself from doing it. DH just weighs once a week at our weigh in and I tried doing it his way but then I was disappointed that I didn't lose more and by not checking daily I didn't have any clue what to expect. Does this make sense? It seems like the scale just screams to me everytime I am near it!! Wondering how the rest of you handle the scales? Do you weigh daily (if so how do you keep it from driving you crazy!
) or weekly?
