Advice, please, from B-to-Bers; What should we know to make our de/embarkation smooth?

@PrincessShmoo @clten @nycdisneygal @NZMUM Wondering what ship facilities are available at what times when we re-embark.... I know pools need to be cleaned; It seems that Cove Cafe opens early on embarkation day? Does anyone know if the gym facilities are open? Can we do midship detective agency? Anything else we can do early? Times for Cabanas?

Since we haven't had much of a headstart on the new cruisers, we haven't really used anything once re-boarding. We start some laundry (best time to do it) & then go for a coffee just before the new cruisers arrive. By then everything is starting.

Not much was open. The pools were not but they were fillming a special event nearby so that may have been why (we were asked not to take pics!). We ate as early as we could

This thread is very helpful, TY to all who have added. I have a specific question about laundry. Would it make sense/be a good idea to start loads right before exiting the ship, then transfer to dryers when we re-board? Maybe put post it notes on the machines explaining that we are B2B? I love the idea of doing laundry on the turn around day and I'm trying to figure out the specifics. Thanks

There have been reports of people able to put a load in before leaving the ship (with a sticky note attached saying it's B2B people, so that a CM doesn't remove the clothes). But, in my experience, they close the laundry rooms that last morning, until boarding begins for the next cruise. You certainly could do it once you reboard - chances are not as many people will be using the laundry then.
