Boy, how things can change in a few short days!

We started planning a cruise out of Miami Thursday. Cruises are my 17yo son's favorite vacation (he's a cruise NUT!) and we take one every year on Spring Break which coincides with his birthday.

We hit a snag with airfare from the midwest to Fl running $600pp - ouch! We found reasonable air to Orlando on Allegient and decided to drive to Miami and go to Universal for a day. We arrive 10:50pm 3/20, leave by 7am 3/22 for Miami.

I thought IOA was a water park - lol. After A LOT of reading we have decided to stay at RPH for 2 nights and take advantage of the express passes. :cool1: I am seriously so excited to go to the parks and I only wish we had more time!

Does anyone have a nice link to the layout of the whole hotel/park/citywalk area so I can get my bearings?

What is transportation from the hotel to these areas like?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

macraven - both maps are very helpful - thanks.

I'm really looking forward to the express passes! My son is bringing a friend so I think two 17 yr olds and two 40 somethings should be able to hit both parks and ride everything!

I like to think that I'll ride them all (would love too) but I'll be sick after one ride so if you could only ride one ride.....what would you pick?

The hotel grounds look beautiful!
