Advice on this quidco thing!!!!!

I see quidco been mentioned a fair bit lately.

Could someone give me some info on this please.

Its a cashback site. You sign up to it & if you purchase things through it you earn money back. The money isn't always validated straightaway.

They don't charge anything to use it unless you have earned £5 or more, then they will take £5 back but if you don't then it is free.

Many companies are on it including travel, insurance, shopping etc.

I've been using it when I've bought Xmas pressies online and got about £20 in cashback up to now

Someone mentioned about removing 'old' cookies from your pc before purchasing through them so I always run my CCleaner (free download) beforehand
Not sure whether this makes any difference but keeps me out of mischief for longer

You might want to check out www.topcashback.co.uk too. They don't charge the £5 like Quidco and offer better deals for some companies (quidco is better for some though so I always check both). Also, topcashback has had a better ranking lately than quidco and is better tracking.

Also rpoints is another one. I recently bought some insurance and got 1800 points which equates to £18.00.

Worth comparing them all as they definitely vary and some are better than others for different things.

I love these cashback sites - just wish Amazon was on one

I have never bothered with a Nectar card - but maybe I should consider this then.
