Hi Everyone,
I have managed to get the skydeals tickets for June. I am keeping it a secret from my hubbie as its his 30th birthday in June so am going to surprise him!
So I would really appreciate advice from you on what hotel is going to be best to stay in, it would be me, hubbie and our 3 year old son (feel pretty guilty about leaving our daughter behind but she will only be 6months old!) I am swaying towards Dream Castle Hotel but do you think it is worth it when I can stay at one of the other partner hotels for cheaper? We stayed in Hotel Cheyenne last year and would love to stay there again for the closeness but just can not justify the price for a one night stay. I am going to try and get indirect eurostar trains so that we have as much time in the park as possible on both the days. Is there going to be anywhere to leave our luggage so that we can go straight to parks when we get there and leave as late as possible last day?

We will want to spend as much time as we can in the parks etc
Thank you in advance
x

Yep, there's a left luggage facility right by the entrance to the Disneyland Parc (on the right hand side of the turnstiles). I think it was about 6 Euros for a large bag/suitcase for the day. There are also lockers at the station, which I haven't used by know others here have.

We used the lockers in the station and its less then €10 for a huuuge locker. We fit two very big suitcases and two packed carry on cases. Very convienient for those using the station :thumbsup2

Hi

We're also going in June with the Sky deals and just booked a great offer on Alpharooms - £235 for 4 of us for 3 nights at The Explorers.

Worth a look on Alpharooms as well as Expedia and Travel Republic.

I did have a look at the more budget hotels but couldn't get anything or if it was cheaper didn't include breakfast so was worth paying just a little bit extra. Also with the explorers we get the pool so on our other days there we have something to do (as well as our planned sightseeing).

We've also used the lockers at the train staions, very easy to use and the staff really helpful, (they even helped us cram all our luggage into one locker to save us having the second one as we had intended!)

Have a great time.

Thank you everyone, puts my mind at rest knowing we have somewhere safe to store our stuff so we can just enjoy the parks!

Will check out alpha rooms, thank you. I have been looking on thomas cook and travel republic. Yeah i agree with you i could get rooms as cheap as 40pound for all 3 of us but no breakfast and slightly further out so i think its worth paying the extra for closeness and breakfast. Also having looked at the hotel reviews i see it is hot and cold breakfast at the partner hotels, i seem to remember cheyenne being just cold breakfast last year? So maybe i am best to stay in partner hotel so we have all filled up on food for the day (more ride time!) ?
