Advice needed

Does anyone know how to get your money back on a Flex ticket. I had to cut my holiday short due to the death of my gf mother, but we had only used the flex ticket once to get into Universal. Keith Prowse have already said theres nothing they can do and there is no space on the insurance claims form for the hoiday for which to claim these back on.

Any advice would be good
