Advice needed- DisneyWorld with 21 month old?

We (me, my wife and my 21 month old daughter) are going last first week of February. We have a rough plan made out but I would like some input. We are late risers so we will try to make it to rope drop but probably not for the whole time we are there. We'd like to get as much done as we can, but we realize it will be different from our previous trips.

Jan 30 (Saturday)- Arrive really late. Don't expect to be in bed until 3am!

Jan 31 (Sunday)- Animal Kingdom (late start). FP's are Lion King (130pm), Kilamanjaro Safari (230pm), Expedidition Everest (430).

Feb 1 (Monday)- Magic Kingdom (rope drop until 1pm). Epcot (6pm). FPs are Test track (7pm), Spaceship Earth (8pm).

Feb 2 (Tuesday)- Hollywood Studios (rope drop until 1pm). Magic Kingdom (6pm). FPs are Winnie the Pooh (6pm), Peter Pan (7pm), and Wishes

Feb 3 (Wednesday)- Magic Kingdom (late start). FP's are Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Jungle Cruise.

My concern is how much we will be able to get done at our rope drop sessions. I would like to do the Seven dwarves, Toy Story and Tower of Terror plus all the little kiddie stuff in Magic Kingdom. Do you think we will have problems with waiting if we go at rope drop? What are the chances of getting repeat rides with minimal wait? What changes would you suggest to our schedule?

You can take advantage of Rider Swap/Rider Switch so both adults do not need the same FPs for the rides the child can't ride.

Adult #1 rides using the FP. Adult #2 rides on the Swap by going through the FP line - no FP needs to be booked for #2.

So, split up Expedition Everest and add 1 FP for Dinosaur.

Split Test Track and add Mission Space.

Split Space Mountain and Big Thunder.

You'll be OK at Hollywood Studios if you go straight to Toy Story at rope drop and then go to Tower of Terror (though you won't get multiple rides without a wait -- in fact a long wait at TSM).

But at MK, I don't recommend doing Seven Dwarves at rope drop. Far too many people head there right away and the wait will build very fast. Far better to do it with FP+, and I would recommend trading it out for the Peter Pan FP+. Peter Pan has a cool interactive queue which you will miss if you FP+ it. I'd recommend going straight to Peter Pan on your MK rope drop day. It's a great feeling when the you're in the mass of people heading through the castle, and then 90% of them turn right for Seven Dwarves or Meet Anna/Elsa while you and a few others turn left instead (you realize at that point what a smart move you are making....)

And if you plan to do Enchanted Tales with Belle, I'd go there right after Peter Pan.

Not sure just which MK rides you will want to do multiple times at rope drop, but you could certainly do repeat rides on Dumbo, Barnstormer, Under the Sea, It's a Small World, Mad Tea Party, Prince Charming Carousel, during the first hour or two the park is open.
