We were in Martinique (a supposedly preferred building) and it was still a loonngg trek to the food court. Since you'll have a fridge, you might want to consider buying some milk and bringing cereal and breakfast foods with you.
Milk was cheaper and in larger containers in the refrig in the gift shop vs the food court grab n go.
We also saved up uneaten desserts and put them in the fridge to have for breakfast the next morning. You'll be surprised how many of the little prepackaged treats you collect as you get them with every counter service meal.
We ate at Shutters one night and it was the worst meal of our trip. I've heard others give it good reviews, but we had horrible food and a nasty server.
We also discovered (on day 3) that we could save a lot of walking to the bus stop by cutting through the parking lot that was to the side of our building. Be sure to scope out the shortcuts.
Have a great trip.
