We are trying to squeeze in a quick trip to WDW for March 31-April 4 for a family of 5 (2 adults, 14, 9, 7). Here's my plan so far. I know it's going to be crazy busy, that is why I need some advice on this plan. I want to make the best use of the time we have.

Friday-arrive at 1pm"ish", swim/dtd/dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe/watch water parade/fireworks

Saturday-Gatorland/shop/swim/adults@ Pleasure Island

Sunday-MK-dinner at Castle

Monday-MK-dinner at Liberty Tree

Tuesday-AK-leaving by 4pm back to POR for Magical Express to arrive at airport by 6pm

What do you think? I'm wondering about switching AK to Sat and take our last day as play day but worried about the crowds on Sat at AK. Help from you experts, please!

Are you only spending 3 days in the park. I usually spend every last minute I can in the parks. The day we arrive I usually go to MK, then park hop the next few days between Epcot, MGM, & AK. I always spend the last day at the MK, so we can say good bye for now :goodvibes

Is there some reason you are only doing MK and AK? It seems to make the best use of the time you have would be to spend more time in the parks. It just seems a waste to go for five days and only do two parks. I REALLY wouldn't waste a possible Disney day at Gatorland. :crazy2:

I would go straight to one of the parks when I arrived at 1 or so on the first day. I like EPCOT for a first day park. We enjoy world showcase and illuminations before heading back to our resort. I would do AK on Saturday and then do DTD and a resort dinner that night. JMHO...
