one day in MK planned in oct on a Tuesday.

I am getting an annual pass for the first time. We have a big trip planned less then a year after this day for the 50th anniversary in 2021.

My hubby booked me for a cruise line excursion (Not a Disney Cruise)bus trip to TTC. Bus drop off at TTC is either 1 or 2 pm and the bus pickup is 7or 8 Pm. I will be activating my annual pass that day. It will most likely a Halloween party that night. (Hoping it is not, but history shows it should be.)

advice needed:
will I be able to get fast passes scheduled ahead of time even though my annual pass is purchased but not activated?
If so, what time should I book the first FP for?

How would you tour the park?
My thought is to go to the left and work my way around the park clockwise starting with a dole whip and then Pirates, working up to big thunder and over towards splash, haunted mansion, fantasy land then ending in tomorrowland, etc.

how much do you think I can get done?
What fast passes would be the most logical?
I can skip Space and Splash mountain if needed and if Tron is open I promised my hubby I would wait to ride it with him but I think that is 2021 anyway.

I got touring plans, and it has me getting done most of the major rides, all mountains, pirates, mansion, Peter Pan and buzz (no teacups or laugh floor etc) by 6. is that crazy?

How late can I shop on Main Street without a halloween Party ticket?

i will be solo but I am not planning on running. I miss MK and my hubby is trying to be sweet by getting me this little excursion. He is going on a Cape Canaveral excursion and I’ve already been there.

Will this work?

I would say that's wishful thinking on TP's part. Yes, the park is less crowded on a party night, but you're not getting there until 1:30 at the earliest. DVC guests with party tickets can enter the park at 2:00 and regular party guests can enter at 4:00. I can say from experience that the hours from 4-6 are CRAZY with both day guests and party guests.

Focus on the attractions you really want to do and do those first even if it means criss-crossing the park. Save the less popular things for the 4-6 hour.

As to shopping after 6:00, I don't know. I do know they have been trying to get day guests out of the park closer to the 6:00 hour. So if there is something you specifically want to purchase, I'd do it before 6:00 and then if they let you stay until closer to 7:00, just enjoy the time in the shops.
