Advice for HS lighting lanes

I haven't been to Disney since 2018 and a lot has changed since then. I will be purchasing multi and single pass for our day at HS. However, I'm having trouble figuring out which attractions to book for my first 3 selections. Here's what we want to do.
Toy Story Mania
Mickey's and Minnie's Railway
Smuggler's Run
Slinky Dog (if possible, we are ok to skip this)
Indiana Jones
Alien Saucers
Star Tours
Star Wars Launch Bay

We have lunch at Woody's Round Up at 11:30 and build your own light saber at 2:25.

I know tier one rides go quicky, but would either the railway or smuggler's run be available to book after we scan into our first LL? Assuming the first LL I can book would be between 9-10AM. Thinking about rope dropping one and getting LL for the other. Or if both could be available, use my initial tier one on Slinky Dog.

LLMP is amazing at HS. Slinky Dog is what you need to select 1st. If you decide later you dont want to ride you can switch for something else, but if you dont select it and decide you do want to ride you will not be able to get it. It is very popular and I never it saw it come back once it showed sold out, likely due to nobody ever cancelling their LL for it. To compare I saw Tianas come back several times on our MK day.

Also to add on our day (over Easter week) Mickey and Minnies was able most of the day and was not nearly as popular that I thought it would be. Smugglers Run was also available almost all day. We always take advantage of the early entry and do slinky then. When you first get in line it is very long and back toward the entrance to Toy Story Land but once they open the queue the line moves fast and we have always been on the ride within 10-15 min and use the LLMP for other rides and we always purchase the LLSP for Rise.

You want to use your initial tier 1 on SDD (assuming you have 7 day window here otherwise you likely won't get it at all).
Tier 2 TSM and whatever else you choose out of the last 4 on your list.
You should be able to pick up MMRR as soon as you badge into your first LL, and then Smuggler's run after your second badge in.
You can book at your leisure after that.
