And yet, the magic continues!

I am honored to be sharing this fantastic news with all of you. One of our Disney Moms begins a magical journey today when she enters Disney World’s Casting building to start her first day as a Cast Member!!

Disney Mom Laura will be given Alumni status on the WDW Moms Panel when she is given her coveted Cast Member pin.

Laura will go through Traditions training today and then begin her new role as Social Media Manager under the directorship of Leanne Jakubowski, the Social Media Director. Laura will be overseeing the WDW Moms Panel and the Mickey Moms Club.

Join me in celebrating this momentous occasion and sending congratulations to our own Princess…Laura!

As for when we will be contacted, my gut tells me it will be later in the week. I have been reading a lot of past panel information and I recall someone mentioning last year they were contacted by e-mail at 5:00pm on Friday. It was also mentioned that someone called them over the weekend to arrange an interview the following week between Tuesday and Thursday. Anything earlier would be great though.

Wow Heather, I didn't realize we were contacted so soon after round 2 last year. I just checked my old emails (actually, they are part of my shrine!) and you are absolutely right with the dates. Didn't it seem like we waited forever?! LOL The only difference in dates for me was with my phone interview was scheduled for the first day - Monday, Oct 29.


Boy, I can't believe a year has gone by...

Yes, I would have sworn it was at least 6 weeks!

I am so excited for you all! I thought I'd be really sad when this time came, but I'm actually so happy for next year's panel that it's been exciting instead of depressing. Pixie dust to all who are waiting for that email!
