Advantages of booking with AAA

We are going to book a AAA package for next summer. If the prices are the same, what is the advantage of booking with AAA as opposed to booking with Disney? What is the advantage of booking with Disney?

You should save money with AAA if you are a member. That's a good reason to book. Any money you can save will be money you can put toward something else.

This is what my AAA agent told me I'd get..

Exclusive AAA Vacations Diamond Card provides special savings on meals, merchandise and entertainment options at participating locations through-out the Walt Disney World Resort.

Exclusive AAA Diamond Parking convenient Preferred Parking spaces at all four Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks.

Exclusive AAA Vacations Luggage Tag (one per person)

I believe in January (it's January around here) AAA will have their "Disney Days" or whatever it's called. One year they offered $25 in Disney Dollars, one time I believe it was a pin or plush, and another time it was a Disney guide book. What they do varies from year to year.

Edited to add this... There may be more items you get if you book with AAA, but I wasn't offered them.

I have one more question... I know you can book a AAA room ressie through Disney, but can you book the AAA package ressie through Disney?

The price AAA quoted me is about $245 less than the quote from the WDW website. So is AAA the only place I can get that price?

No, you can only book a AAA package through AAA, so if you want a package along with your AAA room price you will need to book with AAA. Hope this helps.
