Advantage Pool Homes

Hello, all.

We will be at Disney from 3/25-4/1/06. We have decided to rent a pool home this time and selected Advantage Vacation Homes in Kissimmee. Expedia gave it 3 stars and the reviews were very positive. After booking, DH did a search and saw the reviews on Trip Advisor and said that Advantage received all negative reviews. We will be with DS-6 and DD-3. It will be the 5th time for us with DS and the 2nd time with DD. We have always stayed offsite at Marriott and Sheraton properties.

This is our first time staying at a rental home. Anyone ever stayed at Advantage?

Advantage are an agency who until recently were part of the Resort Quest Group .They will allocate you a home they manage so you may not know where it is until you arrive at their office.They look after a lot of homes which has its pros and cons .
They grade their homes as to what facilities they have but even the most basic should be ok .I used to be with them as an owner so can only comment on that side of things .

I would do a 3rd search w/ the BBB. Many of the pool home companies are great. However, some haven't been so great and the BBB will be able to give you the head's up on any legitimate complaints you might want to be aware of.
