Adults off a kids menu

I am a very picky eater.I would love to take my family to Coral reef but I see nothing on the adult menu I would eat.Can I order a seafood item off the adult menu for my son and order him a pizza and trade when the food comes to the table?I don't want to be charged double for a pizza and still have to order an adult portion for ds(9).Has anyone done this?

I don't think you'll have a problem with switching. If my child ordered the kid's pizza and decided he liked my entree more I would switch with him.
