I am looking forward to dressing up just as much as my kids!
DH is Jafar, I am Queen of Hearts, DS4 is Hercules and DS 8 is Mr. Incredible.
May be cheesy to dress as characters at WDW, but I figure all the characters will be dressed up as someone/something else, so it would be magical for us! Can't Wait!!!

We always dress in a group theme. Having trouble figuring one out for our group of 11 this year. Last year was Fairy Tale characters. It's sooo much fun to dress up, you should definitely do it!

Well, I talked EVERYONE into dresssing up....All 5 adults will be in Mickey Mouse Club T-Shirts with our names encased in the insignia, black shorts and Mickey Mouse Ears that we'll purchase at the park. This is going to be SO MUCH FUN!!!

DH and I and dd will definately be dressing up! this is the most fun part of our trip! even though we are at a loss as to what to be! i will be 7months pregnant at the time and have nooo clue what will fit me at that point in time! haha

We dressed up last year. Even my stuffed Stitch had costumes (two MNSSHP's). The CM's loved it. They had fun trying to quess who was inside the Ghost Mickey. We are planning to do it again this year. Stitch is demanding at least one new costume.

First of all, I am VERY surprised that the number of adults NOT dressing up is MORE than the number who are dressing up! All in my family are dressing up. Wouldn't miss it! We will be the family of 4 pirates at the Oct. 11th MNSSHP! It's Disney, everyone! It's where everyone is a kid! It's Halloween! The BIGGEST kid holiday of the year! Ya gotta dress up! At the very least, get a Pluto hat, wear tan shorts and a shirt and make yourself a tail! One year we went as a family of ducks! The costume idea is still on the Family Fun website. Funny thing is.....there were a whole LOT of ducks at the party that year! Even an entire Brownie Troop on one of the floats in the parade was dressed as ducks! JUST DO IT!!!! (Steal the pirate idea if you want...it's pretty simple!) Kathy

And for my .02..............a Halloween T-shirt is NOT a costume....even the goofy ones that say, "This IS my costume!" It's not...it's a T-Shirt!

Dh and I (no munchkins) dressed up the last two years. Nothing very fancy. Cute t-shirts and shorts. First year, I had a great pic of our dog, so we went as Makai's Mom and Makai's Dad (pic was on the t-shrit), black shorts, and long fake fur ears. Last year we went as tourist - our Castaway Cay t-shirts from the cruise and shorts.
This year we probably aren't going at all.

It is really fun even if you aren't in a costume.

I was 7 1/2 months pregnant when Halloween rolled around and I dressed up as a pumpkin! It was the only thing forgiving enough to cover my HUGE belly.

so you luv skulls too? people think i'm weird cause i luv skulls well i was born two days before halloween think that may be the reason. luv horror movies and all the things that go with it. my husband and i will be wearing a skull t-shirt,him a skull cap and me don't know yet. but we will have our faces made up like a skull so the skull,pirate thing going on.
