Yep, I stole this idea from LaraK.

Tonight we went to a family friendly restaurant and I was rather offended by a woman dining there.

First of all, no one at a restaurant needs to see your butt cheeks hanging out the bottom of your shorts. No excuse ever for this in a restaurant of all places. Second, do NOT pull your shorts up way above your waist to have this effect.

This woman had her shorts pulled so far up that they were about half way between her waist line and her chest - they had to be mid-stomach. To top that off she had her thin white tank top tucked in.

It wasn't the shorts that first caught my attention - it was the polka-dot bra she was wearing under the thin white tank top that did.

This poor lady didn't have a clue. She had to be at least in her mid to upper 40's.

Yikes, she sounds scary!:scared1:

OK, here's mine....we were visiting family, and went out with an inlaw type person (not immediate family) to dinner. He is very respectable, dresses fine, retired twice, etc. Dh goes outside to answer an emergency call from work, leaving the relative and me to talk. So as we're talking, he pulls out his NAIL CLIPPERS and starts clipping his nails at the table in the middle of the restaraunt!!!! I was speechless....I don't think anyone saw...but STILLL!

Oh my! That would have freaked me out. And I thought it was terrible when people did it at work. Oh no! That is MUCH worse.

LOL, just because you can wear something, doesn't mean you should.

That's what we were saying.

Remember the old basketball shorts from the 70's with the white stripe up the side? That's what the reminded me of.

My dad used to have some "shorty" shorts back in the 80s, we called them coach shorts. He mowed the lawn in them, with the tube athletic socks up the calf, with stripes. STYLIN!

There are very few people on this planet that shorty shorts look good on!

Quit making fun of my new outfit. I thought I looked pretty darn good. :snooty:

:scared1: Oh my gosh! :lmao: When I read what he did I almost choked. I can't even imagine!

How about breast-feeding as in not under a blanket or under the shirt. Full **** shot while we were trying to eat our meal. :scared: Some little kids at the next table got an education!! At least the manager invited her to finish feeding the baby elsewhere. I'm not opposed to breast-feeding but at least have the decency to consider those around you when in public.

I was at Pizza Hut and a guy came in with a huge hole in the back of his shorts that allowed me to see his underwear. (He was also dirty sweaty but as he was doing construction work on the building this did not bother me). I politely informed him about the hole, and he told me "it' don't matter". Umm, excuse me, yes it does. That's just plain unsanitary, it's called underwear for a reason.

how about the thong hanging out of the jeans while sitting in an open back chair. At DISNEY!!!!! :scared1:

My kids still recall the night that the moon came out early in Epcot - as we were eating at the Yorkshire County Fish Shop. We sat next to a kid that was showing much more than anyone wanted to see.

Mine was on Pinocchio's. I could not eat after that.
