Adult ordering Child's Meal at BOG

When our trip rolls around next year, I will have 2 12-year old boys who will be considered adults using DDP. One is a picky eater and after looking at the menu for BOG, I wondered if he could order the turkey meatloaf off the children's menu, but receive an adult size portion? Also, has anyone ever ordered the turkey meatloaf and was it good? Or the chicken brochette?
