Adult Disney Crocs at Dicks Sporting Goods

Well, I ordered the black mary jane crocs, and got the correct size and color shipped to me.

I really wanted the Disney ones, but they were sold out of my size.

Sorry to all those who got the run around.

I got a shipment notification yesterday. I ordered the pearl but I would be okay with the pink too (even though the pearl would match more outfits). Hoping that I get the correct size though.

Sorry to all of you that got the wrong size/color. :sad1: I may be joining you soon.

I got my shipping confirmation yesterday and I am just hoping that I get the correct size at least. I ordered the pearl ones and if I get pink instead, it won't be too bad. I just really do not think its fair for any of us to recieve a product that was not what we ordered. Grrr!
Hoping everything turns out ok for myself and everyone else.

This irks me to no end as I not only called about the color mix up concern but emailed. I was assured by both reps they checked and we should in fact receive the color pictured. Guess I'll be opening the wrong ones in the next day or two.:sad2: :sad2:

I don't think they carry them yet, also my invoice stated that they couldn't be returned to retail stores.:headache:

So pretty much, if you want to exchange them, which I was told by cust. serv. they don't do, you'll have to send them back to Dick's, they will credit your account, you will have to repurchase the right ones( at a higher cost, bc they were on sale for 10% when we all bought them), and then open another google check out account in a different persons name if you want to get the extra $10off again. What a bunch of :mad: :mad: :mad:
 
I got my order confirmation last night. I ordered pink, I really don't want pearl. I hope everyone who got the wrong shoes are informing Dick's through the Google checkout. That way Google AND Dick's are informed of the error on their website.

I certainly hope they will make things right with us.:confused:
 
Still waiting here, although I did get a ship notice. I guess that I should expect pearl even though I ordered pink:confused3 Oh well...I think that my mother will like the pearl just as well. Still, it is somewhat aggrivating not to get what I ordered.
 
My mom, sister, and I all ordered the Disney Crocs---I was the only one to get the 10% to show up correctly, so we just placed our orders (since we didn't want them to run out!) and my mom and sister contacted the help desk. Both got e-mails almost immediately saying that they'd correct the problem. THEN...my sister got an e-mail saying that they wouldn't be crediting her card after all, just hours before the shipping notification e-mail and almost a week after we contacted them.

SO not impressed.
 
I just got mine yesterday and they were the WRONG color. I ordered pink/pearl strap, but got the pearl/pink strap. I decided to keep them anyway. I had no idea this was something that happened to a lot of other people.
My packing slip doesn't show the discount....what does that mean?
 
I just called Dick's...I will NOT be shopping there again. He's putting through the request for the credit again, but we may or may not get it, and he made a LOT of excuses, which sounds like a trend. He also made a note to the credit department that this was a customer accomodation and that I was "highly escalated" (which I assure you I wasn't, much as I wanted to be) and "claims her sister received both discounts." (Oh, btw, I called for my sister...and yes, that is a little weird)

$3.50 is not a big deal, but the way the said they'd fix it and then didn't, and the fact that others had trouble with getting the discount to appear and colors and sizes.....seems like there's a major customer service problem.
 
I haven't gotten mine yet! I ordered the pearl with pink strap.. guess I will be getting the pink instead. I did email them, thru the Google site, about the color I was getting... never heard a response back. I am sure sorry I posted about these with this store.. I like Shoebuy... they ship out the right item & fast shipping tooo!! I think I will be sticking with them for now on... :surfweb:

the packing slip will not show the discount that was rec'd thru Google. That is normal. Just double check with your charge card that the correct amount was charged...
I know I have used the Google check out before with another company & the packing slip did not show the discount.. but it did go thru correctly.
I can also tell you, returns can be a nightmare with the google check out. The store will not have your email address associated with your order. T hey will have one from Google. It took me a while to get the paperwork started for the refund I needed on a textbook.. I requested the refund Jan 4th, when my daughter found out her Bio class was canceled. Here is when they posted my refund:
01/24/2007 Return GOOGLE *TEXTBOOKSRUS(Other) !!!!!! That is 20 days!
I also just checked my online statement & Dick's Sporting has not showed up yet as a charge???? That is strange considering I got my email from DSG's on the 24th hmmmmm now I am wondering if they were even shipped yet?
 
Right size, wrong color. I ordered pearl but got pink instead.

Same situation, different color :( I ordered the pink, but got the pearl. I guess I will just end up keeping them after reading about the potential hassle of returning them. UGH!
 
I had an interesting obsevation while I was trying to find the Crocs that I was supposed to get.

I wanted to get the $10 off again through Google checkout but didn't want to buy anything else through Dick's. While I was surfing through all of the google affiliated sites I noticed that the companies that did carry the Disney Crocs all had the same problem as Dick's has. In fact, they even carried exactly the same quanities of them, being the all only had the small size.

So apparently it must be a Google issue as well. Maybe the same supplier.
 
Well considering I was the idiot that posted this link, one of the first, if not the first to order mine.. I still did not get them. My mail was just delivered. I went on to the google site to the link for tracking them, said they were in Jacksonville yesterday..going via UPS. I guess they are UPS delivered then.. is that how everyone else's was? I guess there is still hope for today.... :confused3 I'm am hoping to at least get the correct size. I am also wondering if we should start a thread to swap them out with others.. maybe in person via upcoming WDW trips or thru the mail. If I get the correct size, I will keep the pink (even though that will be the 3rd pink pair of crocs I have :lmao:..other 2 are not Disney ) MY DH asked me why I ordered pearl knowing how I tend to get my shoes dirty ;) . I guess for me, it was meant to be that way. I really wanted them in Red...but there is always hope for Shoebuy to get them in ;)

Just got off the phone with DSG's. The rep I spoke with was very nice. He did verify that the pearl/pink description is the pearl w/pink strap & the pink/pearl is the pink w/pearl strap. He went into their web site as if he were a customer & saw that the pink w/pearl strap had the pearl/pink in the color code box. He did agree that the website was incorrect. They are totally out of stock on the pearl/pink & are not even showing up on website at all. The pink/pearl are limited in the sizes. He did say that he will note in my account that when they come (which they are going to be the PINK/PEARL, not the ones I really ordered) I might be shipping them back for a refund. I told him that as long as they fit me & are not too much like the other pinks I have, I would keep them. Again, this guy was very nice.... he also checked the status of my shipment & he is showing now that they are in Orlando as of 1am this morning (still has a 3 hour drive to Cape Coral).. but not showing an estimated del date.. and he found that odd....now I am really wondering if there is anything in the box at all :rotfl: especially since according to my online credit card statement, they have not been charged yet... according to DSG's they were charged on the 24th. That should be ample time to post to my statement, shouldn't it?????

that is very sweet of you to offer that! I didn't see any adult ones earlier today when I looked. I have been checking their web site nearly every day. I still want to get the red with the black strap (already have the black w/red strap)
