I just called Dick's...I will NOT be shopping there again. He's putting through the request for the credit again, but we may or may not get it, and he made a LOT of excuses, which sounds like a trend. He also made a note to the credit department that this was a customer accomodation and that I was "highly escalated" (which I assure you I wasn't, much as I wanted to be) and "claims her sister received both discounts." (Oh, btw, I called for my sister...and yes, that is a little weird)
$3.50 is not a big deal, but the way the said they'd fix it and then didn't, and the fact that others had trouble with getting the discount to appear and colors and sizes.....seems like there's a major customer service problem.
