Apologies in advance if this has already been posted. I was at our local Target and saw child-sized Ponchos in the $1.00 bins. They looked like they would be great for WDW! Hopefully they're at this price at other Targets as well and not just at the one I frequent. 
Edited to add: cnids00 posted below that Adult-sized ponchos were also on sale for $1.00 and the title now reflects this information. BTW, our local Target now has them too!
