Adult birthday design and 2011 designs

I have a few questions/requests

Can anyone come up with an adult birthday design for my 36th birthday at WDW?

Also..I've found several designs that I love but they all have 2009 or 2010 on them..anyone started on 2011 designs yet?

if you find something you love that says 2009 or 2010, simply ask the DISigner to make you a 2011 version!

and what are you looking for in an "adult" birthday DISign?

I thought of that, but some of the designs i've seen that I liked, the designer is no longer around.

As for the birthday design, I just want something subtle, not kiddish or boisterous. I adore mickey, so maybe something incorporating mickey mouse.
