Can anyone advise please. We have our ADRs booked for October but have changed our minds about one of them. Do we have to ring them to let them know that we will not be coming or perhaps email them I don't like to just not arrive on the day.

Thanks!

I think you just ring them to let them know that you can't make it. That way they can release the booking for somebody else.

I don't think there is an e-mail address so you should phone and cancel so they can release the reservation for somebody else.

Another option would be to mention what ressie you have on here to see if it's one that someone has been trying to get :thumbsup2 .x.

Thanks for that never entered my mind.

The reservation we want to cancel is for Le Cellier on Monday 6 October at 1.05 pm. If anyone is interested in taking over this please let me know and I will give them the reservation number.

Also post your info on the restaurant boards-you may get better interest over there.x.
