Is it easier to get ADR's if you pay OOP.

I Already booked and paid for my trip with DDXP. If I want to remove DDXP will they leave that money in my folio as a credit if I ask them to?

No idea about the credit. But ADRs are first come, first served. If you are having trouble getting ADRs, it is not because you are on the dining plan.
