okay when I lasted went to my happy place we still had PS's. So this whole ADR thing is new to me. How far in advance do we book ADR's?

ADR's and PS's are more or less the same thing, but now you can book pretty much everything at 180 days out. If you're staying on-site, you can book up to 10 days after your arrival day (so, 180+10 or 190 days out).
