So we arrive at POR on 8/16 but we have 2 reservations. One is for 3 nights and then a second reservation for the balance of our trip with free dining. May sound like a stupid question but will they allowed me to make ADR's on 2/16 for the plus 10 days that extend into the second reservation or are they going to make me call back on 8/19 when our second reservation starts.

Also, do I need to make an ADR for our arrival night or can I skip ahead a few days.

In some ways it could be seen as a loophole in the 180+10 benefit but you really only need a one night room reservation in order to book ADRs for the next 10 days after arrival. So, that means that you can book all of your ADRs for both parts of your stay on 2/16.

You do not need to book at ADR for any particular night of your trip. This would include your arrival day.

Thank you so much. I just wanted to make sure I was calling on the right day.

If you are calling a CM may not let you book ADRs beyond that first reservation until your 2nd 180 day mark hits. I've heard those staying DVC with split stays have had trouble with CMs on this.

you can probably online. I noticed a few weeks ago that you can link your ADR to your plan and probably will be able to do +10. When you link it to your plan, it asks about your reservation number, name and check in date. Worth trying

Thanks, I will try that. I just called to see and they said I would have to call 2 times. Hopefully I can do it online because I am busy on the second morning.
