ADRs with live entertainment

I want to schedule lunch at Biergarten and Les Chefs de France. I want to time my ADRs so that I can see the entire show at Biergarten, and hopefully catch Remy at Les Chefs. How far before the scheduled show time should I make my ADR?

I'm worried that 15 minutes might not be enough, because once I was seated 10 minutes after my ADR time at Boma when the place was completely empty.

Remy is at Les Chefs
Inside Les Chefs de France.
Monday-Saturday at 12:30, 1:40, 2:50 & 5:20pm
Make ressies for a good 30 mins BEFORE the scheduled time.That will be a cushion if you are seated late.Remy starts at the times listed and rolls thru the dining room, if you are not seated and miss him, you miss him.He does not double back Same thing with Biergarten, though I did get seated 45 mins PAST my adr time and missed the show anyway.

Daily at 1:15, 2:15, 3:15, 4:45, 5:55, 7:05 & 8:05pm
Length of show: 25 minutes
Seating based on restaurant availabilty

Hope you noted in the previous post that Remy doesn't appear on Sundays - plan for any day but Sunday.
